So there has been a bit of news lately regarding a fellow who had a whole bunch o’ doggies (way too many) in his Tijuana residence. I am not going to go into that item specifically but instead reflect on the fact that there are a bunch o’ doggies (seriously large numbers) that roam around in the big T that could use our help. There are already a number of local groups that help these o’er the border doggies get homes and assist in the spay / neuter process to help deal with the overpopulation.
