Blast Off!

So this year I got a chance to check out most of the sporting events at Wags for Wishes and there were amazing Rocket Dogs everywhere.

Whether they were subtly using their powers to herd sheepies in the proper course or blatantly defying gravity above grass or water - they seemed to be having a pretty good time.

I myself kept running into a particularly awesome adoptable as he was out for his walkies (on break from the Chula Vista Animal Services Adoption Booth).

Jack - Awesome 4 year old Cattle Dog. He has a Safer Test A and is great with Everyone!

I think folks tend to have a picture of a doggy experience in their head when they think of what it would be like to have a pet join the household. I honestly think that Jack may be the embodiment of lots o' people's dream buddy - Mellow, Friendly with other dogs/cats/kids, Super Sweet!

A Gem! Adopt him at Chula Vista Animal Services.
His # is A076281. [link]

ok y'all I have much more to share from Wags (including more Chula Vista, S Ford Foundation, & Greyhounds 2 Go Adoptables) but I have to go for now.

Much luv to come!

My Buddy N' Me

babydoggy.jpg
So I know that there are some folks out there that would like to be hangin' with their Fuzzy Buddies all da' time.

Well this month there is that special day that helps ya' do it...

It's Take Your Dog to Work Day!

I have worked at a number of places that allowed folks to bring their fuzzy companions in some days of the week and it was always a win/win thang.

So if you are wanting to try out the desktop doggy or the pencil pushing Pooch then check out the following website so you can get the jump on the plans.

Crystal & Molly - An adorable bonded pair that I met the other week at North County Animal Services. They are a wee bit older (around 8 yrs old) so they might work as a cubby companion duo. Regardless you should check them out at San Diego Animal Services North. [link]
They are that perfect middle dog size - not too big, not too small.

just right!
