So what's up with this Doggy Dash you ask?

It's all about some early mornin' Saturday fun and run at the Chula Vista Memorial Park. There will be all sorts of cool booths, vendors, live music, the Neuter Scooter, n' more. Proceeds from the event go to H.E.A.R.T. (this is the non-profit organization that assists the Chula Vista Animal Care Facility in providing care for thousands of pets) [link]

You Can't Judge a Fuzzle by it's Cover...

Kaz - I have met Kaz on a number of occasions and she is a delightfully demure little lady fuzzle. What I did not know is that there is a whole extra fun & frolicky story to this young Chihuahua / Pitbull mix. A volunteer with the foster group she is with (Pitbull Rescue San Diego) took the opportunity to capture some videos of the youngster romping with her foster mom.

Kaz has some nerve damage that occured when she was young and has limited vision but that does not seem to put a dent in her stride when she is in frolic mode.
